DISCl3SSI0N On May 3, 1988, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 10107 which implemented a civil adjudication process for parking violations. The ordinance was effective September 1, 1988. On-going analysis of the provisions of the City Code related to parking offenses has indicated the desirability of codifying all City parking violations in Article VI of Chapter 22. This will facilitate the finding of applicable law and will clarify the original jurisdiction of the Parking Violation Bureau over such offense. mmc r ~ n ~~ ~"w ~ ~ ~~~ pp ~ //1 q ~~(/JyJ~~ ~~'!~~ ~ ~ ~~1+ ~k~~~{'Y~y/~" ~ Ci~ ,// II ~ ~~) /~ APPROVED BY CITY COt~NCIL MAR l 3989 ~F~i 4~~aw~,~~..... city Secretary of ~e City of Port WoIC.h, Trine ORIGINATING DISPOSITION BY COUNCIL.
