AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND GUISHING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED VILLAGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT EASEMENT BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. CLOSING AND EXTIN- IN THE BRIDGEWOOD WORTH,iTEXAS, SAID DESCRIBED HEREIN; HEREWITH; AND PRO- THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, That the twenty (20) foot by one hundred thirty (130) foot drainage easement more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all pur- poses and being located in Lot 3, Block 1, of the Bridg ewood Villag e Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas, the plat of which is recorded in Volume 388-167, Page 38, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and exting uished. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passaq e, and it is so or- dained.
