The subject street right-of-way, acquired by subscription, is partially opened on the ground, but not improved. It does not contain any utility facilities. The subject vacation request is made in order to include the vacated right-of=way with adjacent property as part of an improved land fill operation. The required and appropriate monetary consideration has been placed in escrow with the Real Property Department, as required by the Land Agent for the Cit y of Fort Worth. Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objection to this request.
