Staff feels that this location should no longer be maintained as a restaurant, due both to lack of proper f aciiities and to the many unsucce:ssfui efforts by proprietors to operate such a business in the past. It is ~rroposed to utilize the requested funds to remodel the premises into offices and install the Real Property Management Department. This action would also make the location suitable to lease commercially as offices at some future time. FINANCING Adopt a supplemental appropriation in the Municipal Parking Facilities Fund 59.
