AN ORDINANCE AMMUDING ORDINANCE NO. 9999 INSOFAR AS IT
AVMTS JOSMHINETTA STREET, FROM EAST LANCASTER AVENUE
TO SCOTT STREET, IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, CHANG-
ING TH$ SAID JOSIUMINETTA STREET TO SANBORN STREET.
HE IT ORDAINED SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
VIORT14 TRKAS:
SECTION I.
That Ordinance No. 999 be amended insofar as it affects that
Josephinetta Street, from East Lancaster to Scott Street, and that said
Joeephinettt Street be and the same is hereby changed to the name of Sanborn
street.
SECTION II.
That this ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be cumu-
lative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth providing for
tho names of streets and avenues and shall not operate to repeal or affect
any of such ordinances, except to the extent that it may be in direct con-
fliet therewith.
SECTION III.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, as provided by law.
