ORDINANCE NO. ~~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING A UTILITY EASEMENT AS FURTHER DESCRIBED HEREIN, 'SAID [JrILITY EASEMENT BEING IN THE RIVERBEND WEST BUSINESS PARK, IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1 . THAT THE utility easement located in the Riverbend West Business Park, as recorded Records of Tarrant County, fully described on Exhibit rated herein by reference vacated, abandoned, and per in Volume 388-183, Pages 69 and 70, Plat Texas, said utility easement being more "A" which is attached hereto and incorpo- for all purposes, be and the same is 'manently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or- dained . DISCl1SSION General Aviation Industries, Inc., owner of abutting property, has requested tha the City vacate the above-descrii bed uti 1 ity easement, as shown on the attache map. The subject easement, acquired by dedication, is platted, but contains n utility facilities. The subject vacation request is made in order to utilize th vacated easement as part of the subject property. The required and appropriat monetary consideration has beE~n placed in escrow with the Real Propert Department , as required by the Lund Agent for the City of Fort Worth . Revi ewi n City departments and private utility companies have raised no objections to thi request. A satisfactory replat has been submitted.
