Home My WebLink AboutContract 44231-S1 -'ontract No.02-1 XXM5003 STATE OF TEXAS § CITY SECRETARY COUNTY OF TRAVIS § --�` SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS WITHIN A MUNICIPALITY WHEREAS, on the 26th day of February, 2013, an Agreement for the Installation and Reimbursement for the Operation and Maintenance of Traffic Signals within a Municipality was entered into by and between the Texas Department of Transportation hereinafter called the "State," and the City of Fort Worth, hereinafter called the "City," and subsequently identified the agreement as Contract Number 02-1XXM5003; and WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement have mutually determined that it is necessary to amend the original agreement due to the following reason/reasons: additional intersections NOW, THEREFORE, Contract No. 02-1XXM5003 is amended as follows: EXHIBIT 1 EXHIBIT 1 is amended to add/delete the traffic signal(s) installation(s) at the intersection(s)of and IH 35W & SH 114, SH 183 WB (Frontage Rd) Cc- Insurance Ln/Chisholm Trail Parkway (CTP) NB (Frontage Rd), SH 183 WB (Frontage Rd) (a- Chisholm Trail Parkway(CTP) SB (Frontage Rd), IH 20 EB (Frontage Rd) (c-D- Chisholm Trail Parkway(CTP) NB (Frontage Rd) IH 20 EB (Frontage Rd) (cD- Chisholm Trail Parkway(CTP) SB (Frontage Rd), IH 20 EB (Frontage Rd) (aD- River Ranch Blvd . A copy of the revised EXHIBIT 1 is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement. Article 4. Compensation The maximum amount payable under this agreement is increased/desFeased from $198,012.00 to $208,392.00 per year in accordance with the above changes. Payment The amount of this supplemental agreement shown above shall be a prorated amount based on the cost for the type of installation calculated on EXHIBIT 3 of the original agreement and any increases or decreases caused by any subsequent supplemental agreements. The (quarterly) payment shall be adjusted accordingly.
