A. Scope of Work—Additional Welding Repairs • Repair cracked welds on existing manway and reinforcing pad by gouging existing weld two inches beyond crack and install new weld. Pricing: $1,000.00 • Remove existing manway and re-weld back in place. Pricing: $2,070.00 • Remove existing 4'patch plate. A. Scope of Work—Additional Welding Repairs • Seal weld the four locations at the exterior cornice around the entire perimeter of the tank. Pricing: $30/LF—2,022 LF Total $60,660.00 • Apply sika flex to the four locations at the exterior comice around the entire perimeter of the tank. Pricing: $15,150.00 • Apply 100%solids epoxy seam sealer to the four locations at the exterior cornice around the entire perimeter of the tank. Pricing: $20,200.00 • Remove face of existing cornice • Blast the interior to an SSPC-SP6 and apply one coat of Tnemec 94-1-12O at 2.5-3.5 mils DFT and one intermediate coat of Tnemec 73 Endurashield. Pricing: $75,500.00 • Re-install the cornice face plate in like kind to what is existing by tack welding in place. Pricing: $25,000.00 • Cut off the ends of the rafters as needed so there Is a 60 to IT overhang. Pricing: $75/rafter *Blastco is requesting 60 days be added to the contract for the additional work and delays. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
