ORDINANCE NO. ~~ ~/ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING AN EMERGENCY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT D, BLOCK 1, HUGULEY MEMORIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, AS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HERE- IN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That portions of the 2b-foot emergency access and utility ease- ment located in Lot D, Block 1, Huguley Memorial Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-209, Page 30, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said portions hereby vacated being more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all pur- poses, be and the same are vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or- dained. The subject vacation request is made in order to replat the vacated easements with adjacent property, to expand the building area, and provide more usable yard space The required and appropriate monetary consideration fee of $1.00 has been paid to the Real Property Department, as required by the Land Agent for the City of Fort Worth Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objections to this request, subject to the vacated easements being replatted with adjacent property, and replacement easements are included on the replat.
