DISCUSSION Dera 8urdine, secretary-treasurer for the Community Chapel Christian Fellowship, owner of all abutting property, has requested that the City vacate the above des- cribed street right-of-way and utility easement, as shown on the attached map. The subject street right-of-way and utility easement, acquired by dedication, are open on the ground, but contain no utility facilities. The subject vacation request is made in order to replat the vacated right-of-way with adjacent proper- ty, to expand the building area, and provide more usable yard space. Th requrred and appropriate monetary consideration has been placed in escrow with the Real Property Department, as required by the Land Agent for the City of Fort Worth. Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objec- tions to this request, subject to the vacated right-of-way being replatted with adjacent property, and any required utility easements are retained. A satisfac- ory replat has been submitted.
