WEEREAS, it is considered by the City Council of the
City of Fort Forth, that the safety, convenience and general
tib e
welfare of/public make it necessary that the erection, con-
struction, reconstruction or placing of any building, obstruc-
tion or struction of any kind or character be prohibited near-
er to the property line on either side of 11eadowbrook Drive be-
tween the Dallas Pike and Ben Avenue and between Tandy Avenue
and the easterly City Limits, than is hereafter set out.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT 70RTH:
SECTION I.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, cortoration
or association of persons in the City of Fort North, Texas,
to bui.Ld, construct, place, erect, or reconstruct any build-
ing or structure of any kind or m.ture whatsoever along Meadow-
brook Drive from the Dal.Las Pike to Ben Avenue and from Tandy
Avenue to the easterly City Limits, between the foilowing de-
scribed building lines , t o-wi.t :
1. A building line northerly from the northerly
line of Meadowbrook Drive described as follows:
Ten feet northerly from the northerly property
line of Meadowbrook Drive between the Dallas Pike and
Ben Avenues Ten feet norther Ly from the northerly pro-
_ pert line of Meadowbrook Drive between Tandy Avenue
andhe easterly city limits.
2. ,A -buildingg line southerly from the southerly
line of Meadowbrook 'Drive described as fol.Lows:
Ten feet southerly from the southerly property
line of Meadowbrook Drive between the Dallas Pike and
Ben Avenue. Ten feet southerly from the souther!
property line of Yeadowbrook Drive between Tandy Avenue
and the easterly City Limits.
SECT ION II.
That any person, firm, corporation or association
of persons who shall violate any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be subject to a fine not to exceed One Hurdred
Dollars ($iuo.00) .
SECTION III.
That each and every day any such building, erection
or structure shall remain in violation of this ordinance shall
be deemed and constitute a separate and distinct offense.
SECTION IV.
The holding or adjudication of any section, portion,
clause or part hereof to be invalid shall not affect the
validity of any other section, portion, clause or part hereof
but all such sections, portions, clauses and parts hereof
shall be and remain valid.
SECT ION V.
This ordinance shall become effective and shall be in
full force and effect from and after the date published as
required by law.
