AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BUILDING LINES ON
RIO GRANDE AVENUE BETWEM THE WEST LINE OF
JENNINGS SOUTH ADDITION TO BOAZ STREET AND
PROHIBITING THE ERECTION CONSTRUCTION' BE-
CONSTRUCTION OR PLACING CSF ANY BUILDIN OR
STRUCTURES BETWEEN SAID BUILDING LINES AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THERE-

of the City of Fort ?forth, that the safety, convenience
and general., welfare. of the public mare it necessary that
the erection., Construction or structure of any kind or
character be prohibited nearer to the property 'line on
either side of Rio Grande Avenue between the west .line
of ;JenningsSouth Addition to Boaz Street, than is nere-
aft er set out
NOW; THEREFORE,
BE IT OMAINEU BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT 7OBTH
SECTION I.
It shall be unlawful for any person., firm, cor-
poration or association of persons in the City of Fort,
Texas, to build, construct, place, erect or reconstruct
any building or structure of any kind or nature whatso-
ever
