of the refunding bonds.
3. TLiat all ordinances and resolutions and -carts
thereof, if any, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent
of such --aaflict.
4. It is hereby declared to be of ;rent :L-aportance to
the City of Fort ":'orth and to the tax-payers that t' is ordinance be
effective immediately from and after its passage, and it is ordained that
this ordinance be effective imediately from and efter its passage.
