ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AILENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2082, BEING AN ORDINANCE
TO REGULATE AIM RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,
STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER
PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILD-
INGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN
SPACES, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES
TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER,
SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEE ED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES
OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS
FROM THE USES AS SHaaN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE
NO. 2082; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF
NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NORE MORE THAN $50.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE,
AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL
CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE, AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION I.
That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses
in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to
wit.

SECTION 2•
Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by
the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance
as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declardd to be invalid.
SECTION 3.
Any person firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects
or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars 05.00)
nor more than Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day that
a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance will take effect and be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by publication as required by law.
