Discussion Mr.-John Bartosiewicz, General Manager of CITRAN, and representing Gary Santerre, Director of the Transportation and Public Works Department, City of Fort Worth and representing owners of abutting property, has requested that the City vacate the above described portions of streets and alleys, as shown on the attached map. The subject street and alley rights-of-way, acquired by dedication, are partially open on the ground, and contain water, sewer, telephone, electric, and gas utili- ty facilities. The subject vacation request is made in order to replat the vacated rights-of-way with adjacent property, to expand the building area, and provide more usable yard space. The required and appropriate monetary consideration has been placed in escrow with the Real Property Department, as required by the Land Agent for the City of Fort Worth. Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised n.o objec- tions to this request, subject to the vacated rights-of-way being replatted with adjacent property and any required utility easements being retained. A satisfac- tory replat has been submitted.
