DISCUSSION
R. B. Harst on and Ken Newell, owners of abutting properties, have requested that
the City vacate the above-described street right-of-way and utility easement, as
shown on the attached map.
The subject street right-of-way and utility easement, acquired by dedication,
are not open on the yround, and do not contain any utility facilities. The sub-
ject vacation request is made in order to replat the vacated right-of-way with
adjaccent property, to expand the building area, and provide more usable yard
space.
he required and appropriate monetary consideration has been placed in escrow
ith the Real Property Department, as required by the Land Agent for the City of
ort Worth.
Reviewiny City departments and private utility companies have raised no objec-
tions to this request, subject to the vacated right-of-way beiny replatted with
adjacent property, and any required utility easements are retained. A
satisfactory replat has been submitted.
