Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Tort Worth: Sec . 1. That Section 5169 Chapter Title 6 of the Revised ordinances of the City of Fort Worth, as coAlfied by Vim. 1). Williams and T. J. Powell be and the same is hereby repealed and that no ex- ception shall. be made to the requirement/ of the ordinances of the city that each street car operated in the City of '+'ort Worth, shall have suitable, proper and effective fenders, aprons or oYr tached to' the front part of said car to Prutect persons struck by said �-_-- Sec . 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and that this ordinance be in effect from and after its passage and publication as + required by law.
