ORDINANCE NO. ZZ / r� AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF TAMIAMI TRAIL, IN HALLMARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, TO HEIRLOOM DRIVE; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF SIMILAR ORDINANCES AFFECTING STREET NAMES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the name of Tamiami Trail, in Hallmark Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, is hereby changed to Heirloom Drive. SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordi- nances affecting the names of streets in the City of Fort Worth except in so far as it may be in conflict with the provisions of those ordinances, in which instance they are hereby express- ly repealed. Drive Mrs. McKnight and Gentlemen: A petition has been received from the developers of Hallmark Addition requesting a change in name for one of the streets in the addition. The developers request that the street named Tamlami Trail be renamed Heirloom Dr i vc,. All of the lots adjacent to this street are still owned by the developers. The Public Works and Planning Departments concur in this proposed street name change and no objections have been -made Ly either the United States Post Office or other interested parties.
