HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 9307._r-~ ,.~ ., ~, ,.z ORDINANCE N0. ~~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING A PORTION OF A 26-FOOT WIDE EMERGENCY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT, TWO 20-FOOT BY 20-FOOT PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENTS, AND TWO 10-FOOT BY 10-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED IN LOT 1-A, BLOCK 2, COTTONWOOD VILLAGE ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS; REPEALING ALL ,ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; SECTION 1. THAT the following easements located in Lot 1-A, Block 2, Cottonwood Village Addition, be and the same are vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished as easements for their re- spective purposes: A. A portion of the 26-foot wide emergency access and utility easement (Hornaday Circle), from Randol Mill Road east to Hornaday Circle North/Hornaday Circle South, said portion being more particularly described as a portion of Parcel 1 in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein; and B. The two 20-foot by 20-foot public open space ease- ments located adjacent to the aforesaid vacated emer- gency access and utility easement, said public open space easements being more particularly described as a portion of Parcel 1 in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein; and C. The 10-foot by 10-foot utility easement adjacent to the aforementioned portion of emergency access and utility easement vacated herein, said utility ease- ment being more particularly described as a portion of Parcel 1 in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and in- corporated herein; and D. The 10-foot by 10-foot utility easement lying near the southwesterly line of said Lot 1-A, Block 2, Cottonwood Village, and the northwesterly line of Cottonwood Village Drive, said utility easement being more particularly described as Parcel 2 in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
