ORDINANCE NO. ~~~~
AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE ESTIMATED REVENUES ACCRUING TO
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1984-1$85 BY TRANSFERRING THERETO $778 IN SPECIAL
GIFT FUNDS; ACCOUNT N0. $8, AND APPROPRIATING FROM THE
INCREASED ESTIMATED REVENUES OF THE GENERAL FUND THE TOTAL
SUM OF $778 TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS IN VARIOUS AMOUNTS; PRO-
VIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE
CUMULATIVE OF PRIOR ORDINANCES AND REPEALING ALL PRIOR
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR ENGROSSMENT
AND ENROLLMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS
SECTION 1.
That the estimated revenues accruing to the General Fund of the
City of Fort Worth for the Fiscal Year 1984-1985 are hereby increas-
ed by transferring thereto $778 fron Special Gift Funds, Account
No. 88, such sum being comprised of the following amounts from the
following project numbers; and that in addition to providing the
City Manager with such other revenue as may be secured from various
sources included in Ordinance No. 9168 and in the Budget of the City
Manager, there shall also be appropriated from the increased reve-
nues of the General Fund thus increased the sum of $778 to the
following accounts in the following amounts:

SECTION 2.
That this .Ordinance shall be cumulative of all provisions of
ordinances and of the Code of the City of Fort Worth, Texas (1964),
as amended, except where the provisions of this ordinance are in
direct conflict with the provisions of such ordinances and such
Code, in which event conflicting provisions of such ordinances and
such Code are hereby repealed.
~ SECTION 3.
It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council

that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of
this ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence,
paragraph or section of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitu-
tional by the valid judgment or decree of any court of competent
jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the
remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs and sections of
this ordinance, since the same would have been enacted by the City
Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of any such
unconstitutional phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section.
SECTION 4.
The City Secretary of the City of Fort Worth is hereby directed
to engross and enroll this ordinance by copying the caption in the
minutes of the City Council and by filing this ordinance in the
ordinance records of the City.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, and it is so ordained.

Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council:
1) A~ithorize the transfer of Binds fro m the Special Gift Find No. $8 thereby
increasine estimated receipts, revem,es and annronriations in the amount

2) Adopt a supplemental appropriat ion ordinance increasing estimated
receipts, revenues, and appropriations in the General Fund No. O1 within
the accotmts as follows in the amount of $778:
