ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE 'VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTIN-
GUISHING PART OF A 10' WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT DESCRIBED
MORE SPECIFICALLY HEREIN, LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE
LINCOLNSHIRE ADDITION, PHASE II-A, OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the part of a 10' wide utility easement, said part being
described more specifically in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein, lying and being situated in the
Lincolnshire Addition, Phase II-A, of the City of Fort Worth, be and
the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extin-
guished as a utility easement.
SECTION 2.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or-
dained.

FIELD NOTES
Field Notes Description for a part of a 10.0 foot wide
utility easement lying and being situated in Block 12,
Lincolnshire Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant
County, Texas, forming a part of and lying wholly within
an existing utility easement shown on the plat recorded
in Volume 3$8-176, Page 94, Plat Records, Tarrant County,
Texas.
Beginning at an iron pin in the south line of Eastview
Street for the northwest corner of Lot 15, Block 12, and
the beginning point of a parcel forming a part of an
existing utility easement,
THENCE N. 62°06`23"E., 10.0 feet along the north line
of Lot 15, Block 12, and the south line of Eastview Street
to a point for the northeast corner of this parcel,
THENCE S. 25°01'48"E., 95 feet to a point, said point
being 5' from the south line of Lot 15, Block 12, for
the southeast corner of this parcel,
THENCE S. 62°06'23" W., 10.0 feet to a point, said point
lying on and within the northwest boundary line of Lot
15, Block 12,
THENCE N. 25°01'48" E., along the northwest boundary line
of Lot 15, Block 12, 95 feet to the point of beginning.

utility easement located adjacent and parallel to the westerly pro(erty line of
Lot 15, Block 12, Lincolnshire Addition, Phase II-A, extending a distance of y5'
