AN ORDINANCE 'VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING PART OF A 10' WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT DESCRIBED MORE SPECIFICALLY HEREIN, LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE LINCOLNSHIRE ADDITION, PHASE II-A, OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the part of a 10' wide utility easement, said part being described more specifically in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, lying and being situated in the Lincolnshire Addition, Phase II-A, of the City of Fort Worth, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extin- guished as a utility easement. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or- dained.
