ORDINANCE NO. `~~(p
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTTN-
GUI5HING A PORTION OF THE 26 FOOT WIDE EMERGENCY ACCESS
AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND TWO ADJACENT 20 FOOT BY 20 FOOT
PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENTS LOCATED IN LOT lA, BLOCK 36,
WOODHAVEN COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, PHASE III, A5 SHOWN ON
PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 388-157, PAGE 64, DEED RECORDS,
TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN
SAID LANDS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
THAT a portion of the 26 foot wide emergency access and utility
easement and two adjacent 20 foot by 20 foot public open space ease-
ments located in Lot 1A, Block 36, Woodhaven Co untry Club Estates,
Phase III, as shown on plat recorded in Volume 388-157, Page 64,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said easements being more par-
ticularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein, be and the same are vacated, abandoned, and permanently
closed and extinguished as an emergency access and utility easement
and public open space easements.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated emer-
gency access and utility easement and public open space easements is
hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided
by 1 aw .
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or-
dained.

DESCRIPTI~N~' (3F~ AN EASEMENT VACATION IN THE
CLUB ESTATES, CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT
Being a tract or parcel of land containing 0.122 acres (5309
square feet) in Lot A, Block 36, of the Woodhaven Country
Club Estates, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, recorded
in Volume 388/157, Page 64, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas (D.R.T.C.T.) with said 0.122 acres (5309 square feet)
more or less, being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at an iron pin set for the most southwesterly
corner of Woodhaven Crossroads II, as recorded in Volume
388/157 Page 36 of the D.R.T.C.T. and also lying on the
east line of the 68.00 foot wide Woodhaven Boulevard
right-of-way.
THENCE Northwesterly 84.09 feet along the arc of a curve
to the left through a central angle of 02 degrees 26
minutes 23 seconds with said curve having a radius of
1974.36 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North
16 degrees 46 minutes 09 seconds West, 84.07 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
THENCE continuing Northwesterly 26.06 feet along the arc
of a curve to the left through a central angle of 00
degrees 45 minutes 23 seconds with said curve having a
radius of 1974.36 feet and a chord bearing and distance
of North 17 degrees 46 minutes 02 seconds West, 26.07
feet.
THENCE North 76 degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds East,
142.80 feet to a point of curvature.
THENCE Northeasterly 23.78 feet along the arc of a curve
to the left through a central angle of 97 degrees 18
minutes 21 seconds with said curve having a radius of
14.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North 27
degrees 39 minutes 11 seconds East 21.02 feet.
THENCE North 21 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 17.31
feet.
THENCE North 72 degrees 39 minutes 11 seconds East,
26.05 feet.
THENCE South 21 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, 15.65
feet to a point of curvature.
THENCE Southwesterly 67.93 feet along a curve to the
right through a central angle of 97 degrees 18 minutes
21 seconds with said curve having a radius of 40.00 feet
and a chord bearing and distance of South 27 degrees 39
minutes 11 seconds West, 60.06 feet.
THENCE South 76 degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds West,
140.95 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing
0.122 acres (5308 square feet of land more or less.
