2. M&C L-15890 - Authorize Acquisition of a Fee Simple Interest in 0.367 Acres of
Land for Right-of-Way and 0.198 Acres of Land for a Temporary

DGI Enterprises LP, in the Amount of $265,815.00 for the North
Riverside Drive, North Tarrant Parkway to Old Denton Road,
