Dear Sir;-
I am handing you herein form of
Ordinance for the repeal of Section 1, of the Electric
Code, as same appears at Page 311, Revised Ordinance,9 of
the City of Fort worth. This, you will note , is an
old Ordinance, of date , June 14, 1902, and is in
conflict with the City charter, Section 5, Chapter 2,
Page 9, of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Fort
Worth. I understand too, that the section proposed
to be repealed, conflibts not only with the charter,
as pointed out , but conflicts with later ordinances
of the City with reference to salaries of the City
Electrician and his assistant,
Tours very truly,
orporation Counsel
