1. CALL TO ORDER
With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Price called the regular session of
the Fort Worth City Council to order at 7:03 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, in the City
Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) Call for the
East Lancaster Bus Rapid Transit Project and Committing to a Dedication of$10

Motion: Council Member Allen Gray made a motion, seconded by Council Member

2. A Resolution Directing Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC to File Certain
Information with the City of Fort Worth; Setting Procedural Schedule to Gather

Legal Counsel and Consultants; Reserving Right to Require Reimbursement of

1. M&C G-18719 - Adopt Ordinances Increasing Receipts and Appropriations in
the Street Improvements Fund, 2007 Critical Capital Projects Fund, Street
Improvements 2008 Fund and Street Improvements Supplemental Fund to
Bring Completed Projects into Balance, Increase Funding for Previously
Approved Projects with Insufficient Funding and Create Programmable
Projects and Find Projects Constitute Eligible Expenditures (ALL COUNCIL

and Authorize Staff to Prepare a Service Plan for Approximately 568.14 Acres

Closing Costs Up to $25,273.00 for a Total Cost of $2,552,623.00, Authorize
Acquisition of a Fee Simple Interest in Approximately 2.54 Acres of Land

of the City of Fort Worth, on March 31, 2016.

Motion: Council Member Zadeh made a motion, seconded by Council Member
Zimmerman, that Zoning Docket ZC-16-080 be approved. Motion passed 8-0,
Council Member Bivens absent.

Ms. Mary Nell Poole, 2918 Wingate Street, Suite 100, completed a speaker card in support of
Zoning Docket ZC-16-082 and was recognized by Mayor Price but did not wish to address
Council.
Motion: Council Member Zadeh made a motion, seconded by Council Member
Zimmerman, that Zoning Docket ZC-16-082 be approved. Motion passed 8-0,
Council Member Bivens absent.
There being no one else present desiring to be heard in connection with the recommended
changes and amendments pertaining Zoning Ordinance No. 13896 for the above-listed cases,
Council Member Zadeh made a motion, seconded by Council Member Zimmerman, that the
hearing be closed and Ordinance No.22177-04-2016 be adopted. Motion passed 8-0, Council
Member Bivens absent.

XVII.CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Mr. Isaiah Smith, P.O. Box 163411, appeared before Council relative to the condition of the
sidewalks inside of bridges in downtown Fort Worth area.
Mr. Jason Smith, 2200 Alston Avenue, appeared before Council relative to being in favor of an
$11.00 wage for employees of the City and employees of City contractors.
Mr. Keith Annis, 2530 Lipscomb Street, submitted a Citizen Presentation card relative to fair
wages for all Fort Worth employees and was recognized by Mayor Price but was not present in
the Council Chamber.
Pastor A.L. "Archie" Banks, 6000 Wilbarger, appeared before Council relative to Living Waters
Park.
Ms. Hazel Wiltz, 1631 Saddle Creek Circle #1626, submitted a speaker card relative to Earth
Day at Living Waters Park and was recognized by Mayor Price but did not wish to address
Council.
