ORDINANCE NO. D~~
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN-
GUISHING CERTAIN TRANSFORMER PAD EASEMENTS, EMERGENCY
ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENTS, DRAINAGE EASEMENT, AND
UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED IN BLOCK 1 OF WESTOVER SQUARE
ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
THAT THE following easements located in Block 1, Westover
Square Addition be and the same are vacated, abandoned, and perma-
nently closed and extinguished as easements for their respective
purposes:
A. The eight (8) transformer pad easements described in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
B. The twenty-six foot (26') wide emergency access and
utility easement described in Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
C. The twenty foot (20') wide open drainage easement
described in Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incor-
porated herein.
D. The ten foot (10') wide utility easement described in
Exhibit "D", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
E. The ten foot (10') wide utility easement described in
Exhibit "E", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
F. Those 5.5 foot and 5.0 foot wide portions of a 37
foot wide emergency access easement, said portions
being described in Exhibit "F", attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
G. That 5.5 foot wide portion of a 37 foot wide emergen-
cy access easement, said portion being described in
Exhibit "G", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
H. The variable width utility easement described in
Exhibit "H", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated ease-
ments are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owners as
provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so
ordained.

'Unified Residential Development Site Plan for Westover Square; realign per-
mitted buildable area, expand yard space, and replat area contained within
said easements with abutting property.
Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have not raised
objections to the proposed vacation of ,the previously described fifteen (15)
easements, provided the vacated easements are delineated on the submitted
replat of the subject site and all easements required by City departments and
private utility companies are dedicated on the same replat. A satisfactory
replat has been submitted.
It is also noted that this request for vacation of various easements as
described above was submitted .and reviewed prior to the adoption of the
City's compensation policy, therefore, compensation from the vacated easements
will not be required
Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the previously des-
crib ed fifteen (15) easements in Block 1, Westover Square Addition
