Contract I (M&C C-6780), was awarded on March 1, 1983 and provided for the excavation and shaping of the new roadway and the installation of required drainage facilities save storm drain inlets which are included in Contract II. Contract I and utility adjustments have now been completed and Contract II was advertised for bids. Receipt of Bids ~ ' Contract II, Paving and Street Lighting, was advertised for bids on December $ and 15, 1983, and the following bids were received on January 5, 1984,, with 100 working days allotted to complete the project.
