This request is made in order to expand the building area. City departments and private utility companies have reviewed this request and have no objections to this vacation. The City Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends adoption of an ordinance vacating the utility easements as requested. Recommendation It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject utility easements as recommended by the City Plan Commission. HDM:ms Attach.
