AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING PORTIONS OF
COLEMAN STREET, BUNDY STREET, JENNIE STREET AND
GOLFERS STREET, ALL SITUATED IN THE GLEN GARDEN
ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 309, PAGE
28, OF THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF TARRANT COUNTY,
TEXAS AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 223,995 SQUARE FEET
OR 5.142 ACRE OF LAND MORE OR LESS; PROVIDING FOR
REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; PROVIDING THAT THE CITY
SHALL RETAIN ALL EXISTING UTILITIES EASEMENTS; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That portions of Coleman Street, Bundy Street, Jennie Street and Golfers Street, all
situated in the Glen Garden Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County,
Texas, as recorded in Volume 309, Page 28of the Real Property Records of Tarrant County,
Texas and containing approximately 223,995 square feet or 5.142 acres of land more or less, and
as more specifically described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference be and the same are vacated and extinguished.
SECTION 2.
That the easements to the land in the above-described vacated street rights of way are
hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law.

SECTION 3.
All existing utility easement be shall be retained by the City until such time all utilities
located in that easement are relocated at the owner's expense.
SECTION 4.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption.

RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION
BEING 5.142 acres of land located in GLEN GARDEN, an addition to the City of Fort Worth,.
Tarrant County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in Volume 309, Page 28, of the Plat
Records of Tarrant County, Texas. Said 5.142 acres of land being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the Southwest corner of said GLEN GARDEN Addition, lying in the
East right-of-way line of Old Mansfield Road and the South right-of-way line of Coleman Street;
THENCE N 01" 49' 28"W 60.01 feet, along the East right-of-way line of said Old
Mansfield Road and the West boundary line of said GLEN GARDEN Addition, to a point in
the North right-of-way line of said Coleman Street;
THENCE N 890 26' 14" E 2142.55 feet, along the North right-of-way line of said
Coleman Street, to the intersection of the West right-of-way Bundy Street;
THENCE N 000 50' 00"W 1048.18 feet, along the West right-of-way line of said
Bundy Street, to a point in the North right-of-way line of Jennie Street;
THENCE N 890 45' 06" E 1023.20 feet, to a point in the West right-of-way line of
Golfers Street;
THENCE N 000 47' 25"W 459.17 feet, to a point;
THENCE N 890 24' 57" E 40.00 feet, to a point in the East right-of-way line of said
Golfers Street;
