(; ~ '~ ~yFT y~N.~ ~• '*, !? +~' h W yj9_ ...r t ORDINANCE NO. ~,~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING THE 12 FOOT WIDE EAST/WEST UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG AND 6 FEET ON EITHER SIDE OF THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS 69-R, 78-R, AND 79-R, DISSEL TRACT, FROM A POINT 7.5 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 79-R, WESTWARD 57.5 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 78-R; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT THE 12 foot wide east/west utility easement located along and 6 feet on either side of the common property line of Lots 69-R, 78-R, and 79-R, Dissel Tract, being more particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and the same is vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and extinguished as a public utility easement. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated public utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or- dained.
