As a result, several major unbudgeted expenditures were made in order to get the various sections operating at the levels necessary to support other city departments. Specifically, over $35,000 was spent to buy new machinery , needed by the Print Shop. The result is the Office _ Services Division requires a supplemental appropriation in order to finance it for the remainder of the year. Financing Revenues have exceeded proj ections for the year creating an unappropriated surplus in the Office Servi ce Fund. Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached supplemental appropriation ordinance to increase estimated revenues and appropriations (budget) of the Office Services Fund by ~-2$;99-. ~ 35; a op r~ .~ RAM:vkm APPROVED ~Y Y C~I ~ EP 13 {983 S /~ Aq / Cite Secxetaxy of tho Cite of E+a~ w~. ~Qa SUBMITTED FOR THE CITY MANAGER'S ' DISPOSITION BY COUNCIL.
