AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011 , BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE
LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER
PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE
OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION;
AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA
AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE. USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID
DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011 ; PRE-
SCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR
EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PER141TTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A
SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT 'vORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION. 1 .
That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter
described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit:
No. Z-65-22: The west 75 feet of .Tract 13 (City Tax Records) L. 0. Tinsley Survey, more fully
described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of Race Street
formerly Central ) North 73 degrees East 450 feet from where said line intersects
the east line of F. Wood Survey and the west line of said Tinsley Survey, which
beginning point is also hdorth 73 degrees East 150 feet from the northwest corner
of said five-acre tract; Thence South 300 feet to a stake; Thence North 73 decrees
East 75 feet to a stake for corner; Thence North 300 feet to a stake in the south

SECTION 2.
The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been. made in accordance
with the comprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting health, safety, morals, and the
general welfare of the community. They have been designed to lessen congestion in the
streets; to secure safety from fire, panic, flood and other dangers; to provide adequate
light and air; to prevent overcrowding of land; to avid undue concentration of population;
to facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, water, sewerage, parks and other
public requirements. They have been made after a full and complete public hearing with
reasonable consideration, among other things, of the character of the district and its
peculiar suitability for the particular uses and with a view of conserving the value of
buildings and encouraging the most appropriate use of land 'throughout the community.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth
affecting zoning and shall not repeal any of the nrovisions of said ordinances except in
those instances where provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 4.
Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the court to be
