ORDINANCE NO. 88a~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE WESTERN TEN FEET (10') OF THE 2800 BLOCK OF SCHWARTZ STREET ADJA- CENT TO LOTS 10-13, BLOCK 67, MORGAN HEIGHTS ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the western ten feet (10') of the 2800 block of Schwartz Street adjacent to Lots 10-13, Block 67, Morgan Heights Addition, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed as a portion of the public street right-of-way. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated portion of street right-of-way is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or- dained. A satisfactory replat has been submitted.
