ORDINANCE NO. ~~1a.0
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING AN EIGHT FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED IN AND BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 6,
SKYLINE TERRACE ADDITION, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE
IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
THAT THE eight foot (8') wide drainage and utility easement
located in and between Lots 4 and 5, Block 6, Skyline Terrace Addi-
tion, said easement being more particularly described as follows:
Legal description for an 8 ft. drainage and utility
easement out of Lots 4 and 5, Block 6, Skyline Terrace
Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 388-B, Page 197,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. The centerline of
which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the northwest corner of said
Lot 4, and the southwest corner of said Lot 5;
THENCE: N. 82° 41' E. along the common lot line between
said Lots 4 and 5, 150.6 feet to a point in the west line
of an existing 4 ft. drainage and utility easement,
be and the same is vacated., abandoned, and permanently closed and
extinguished as a drainage and utility easement.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated drain-
age and utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the
adjacent owner as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed,.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full .force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so
ordained.

Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance by adopted vacating the 8' wide drainage
