ORDINANCE NO . --_~- AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING THE TEN FOOT WIDE EAST-WEST UTILITY EASEMENT IN AND BETWEEN LOTS 2-A, 2-B, AND 3-A, BLOCK 13, ALTA MERE ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVID- ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; SECTION 1. THAT THE ten-foot wide east-west utility easement located in and between Lots 2-A, 2-B, and 3-A, Block 13, Alta Mere Addition, and more specifically described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, be and the same is vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and extinguished as a utility easement. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained. Recommendation It is recommended that an Ord inance be adopted vacating the 10' wide east/west utility easement in Lots 2-A, 2-B and 3-A, Block 13, Alta Mere Addition.
