ORDINANCE NO. Q~.~~~
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN-
GUISHING A 26 FOOT WIDE NORTH/SOUTH EMERGENCY ACCESS AND
UTILITY EASEMENT, THE SOUTHERNMOST 3 FEET OF A 16 FOOT
WIDE EAST/WEST UTILITY EASEMENT, A 26 FOOT WIDE EAST/WEST
EMERGENCY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT, A 5 FOOT BY 64 FOOT
PORTION OF A 16 FOOT WIDE EAST/WEST UTILITY EASEMENT, AND
TWO 20 FOOT BY 20 FOOT PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENTS, ALL OF
SAID EASEMENTS BEING LOCATED IN LOT 1R, BLOCK 66, CHAMBER-
LIN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF
FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
THAT THE following described easements or portions of easements
be and the same are vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and
extinguished as easements for their respective purposes:
A. The 26 foot wide north/south emergency access and
utility easement located in Lot 1R, Block 66 of the
Chamberlin Arlington Heights Addition, being more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" (Description
A), attached hereto and incorporated herein.
B. That certain portion of a 16 foot wide east/west
utility easement located in Lot 1R, Block 66 of the
Chamberlin Arlington Heights Addition, being the
southernmost 3 feet of said easement, more or less,
and being more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
(Description B), attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
C. The 26 foot wide east/west emergency access and
utility easement located in Lot 1R, Block 66 of the
Chamberlin Arlington Heights Addition, being more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" (Description
C), attached hereto and incorporated herein.
D. That certain 5 foot by 64 foot portion of a 16 foot
wide east/west utility easement retained by virtue of
Ordinance No. 8132 and dedicated by the recording of
' the plat of Lot 1R, Block 66, Chamberlin Arlington
Heights Addition, lst Filing, said portion being more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" (Description
D), attached hereto and incorporated herein.
E. The two 20 foot by 20 foot triangular public open
space easements located adjacent to the aforesaid 26
foot wide east/west emergency access and utility
easement described in Description C of Exhibit "A",
said easements being located at the intersection of
the said emergency access and utility easement and
Kenley Street.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated emer-
gency access, utility, and public open space easements are hereby
released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law.

SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so
ordained.

access, utility, and public open space easements are as shown on the
attached map.
The subject emergency access, utility, and public open space easements, acquired
by dedication, are platted and contain no utility facilities. The subject
vacation request is made in order to remove the encumbrance created by the
subject easements, thus allowing condominium development of the subject property.
Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no
objections to this request
