WORTH, AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING ALL OF THE UTILITY EASEMENTS LYING WITHIN LOTS 14 THROUGH 25, BLOCK 5, WESTERN HILLS ADDITION, SECTION 2, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TAR.RANT COMM, TEXAS, AND IN ADDITION THE UTILITY EASMW LYING BETWEEN LCT 13 AND LOT 26, SAID BLOCK 5, FROM THE SOUTHEASTERN CORNER OF LOT 26 TO A POINT 30 FEET SOUTH 36 DEGREES 23 MINUTES EAST FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 26, SAID BLOCK 5; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LAND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the hereinafter described public utility easements be and the same are hereby extinguished, vacated, closed and permanently aban- doned as easements for public utilities: All of the easements lying within Lots 14 through 25, Block 5, Western Hills Addition, Section 2, to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas; and in addition the easement ly;Lng between Lot 13 and Lot 26, said Block 5, from the southeastern corner of Lot 26 to a point 30 feet south 36 degrees 23 minutes east from the northeast corner of Lot 26, said Block 5. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in said easements above described is hereby released and will revert to the owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
