AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTIN-
GUISHING A 40-FOOT WIDE STORM DRAIN, FLOODWAY AND UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED IN BLOCKS 101, 102 AND 103, RIDGMAR ADDI-
TION, A 10-FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED IN
BLOCKS 101 AND 102, RIDGMAR ADDITION, AND A 15-FOOT WIDE
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED IN BLOCKS 101 AND 102,
RIDGMAR ADDITION, AND IN PORTIONS OF LANDS END BOULEVARD;
PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SEC'T'ION 1.
THAT the following be and the same are vacated, abandoned and
permanently closed and extinguished as easements for their respec-
tive purposes:
A. The 40-foot wide storm drain, floodway and utility
easement located in Blocks 101, 102 and 103, Ridgmar
Addition, from Green Oaks Road east-southeasterly to
a point 130 feet north of Plaza Parkway; and
B. A 10-foot wide sanitary sewer easement located in
Blocks 101 and 102, Ridgmar Addition, from the west
property line of the aforesaid Block 101 southeaster-
ly to a point 15 feet north of Plaza Parkway; and
C. A 15-foot wide sanitary sewer easement located in
Blocks 101 and 102, Ridgmar Addition, and in portions
of Lands End Boulevard, from the northeast corner of
Block 102 westerly to the north right-of-way line of
the aforesaid 10-foot wide sanitary sewer easement in
Block 101;
all of the aforesaid easement's being more particularly de-
scribed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated ease-
ments is hereby released and shalt revert to the adjacent owners as
provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or-
dained.

Ridgmar, that is recorded in Volume 388-151, Pages 13 and 14 ,of the Deed Records
of Tarrant County, Texas and the centerline of said sanitary sewer easement and
being more particularly described as follows
Beginning at a point in Land's End Blvd said point being ~d 7° 20' W, 20 0 ft
from the northeast corner of said Block 1'02, said point being on a curve whose
center bears S 7° 20' E, 945 00 ft ,
THENCE southwesterly with said curve through a central :angle of 8° 22' for a
distance of 135 6 ft to the end of said curve,
THENCE S 74° 17' W, 315 6 ft to the beginning of a curve whose center bears
N 15° 43' W, 965 0 ft ,
THEfdCE westerly with said curve through a central angle of 7° 08' for a distance
of 120 ft to the end of the existing sanitary sewer easement for Lateral No 7223

abutting property owners, has requested that the City vacate the following

The subject easements are as shown on the attached map.
The subject storm drain, floodway, utility, and sanitary sewer easements,
acquired by dedication, are platted but contain no utility facilities. The
subject vacation request is made in order to remove the encumbrance placed on
the subject property liy the subject easements, thus allowing expansion of the
building area and development of said property
Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no
objections to this request
Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the storm drain,
floodway, utility, and sanitary sewer easements in Blocks 101, 102 and 103,
Ridgmar Addition.
