WITNESSETH 1. Lessor and Lessee hereby confirm and ratify, except as modified below, all of the terms, conditions and covenants in that certain Lease Agreement dated December 28, 1995 and letter agreements extending the term until September 30, 2000 for offices located at 5043 Old Granbury Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76133. 2. Lessor and Lessee agree that effective October 1, 2000 that the term shall be extended until September 30, 2001. 3.
