HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 8954~. ~~ ~, ~ ~ 4 ORDINANCE NO. `~(~5~ s ~1--~- AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING THE 10 FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN LOT 1, BLOCK A, ARMORY INDUSTRIAL ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT THE 10 foot wide sanitary sewer easement located in Lot 1, Block A, Armory Industrial Addition, said easement being more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and the same is vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and extinguished as a sanitary sewer easement. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated sanitary sewer easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
