WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worths Texasa has heretofore entered into a contract wrath Austin Road Co., and Brown°& Bl:akney, Inc. a for the maleing and construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streetsp avenues and public places in said Citya tom~-it: Ederville Road From West Property Line of Lot 1-R, Block 9, Ryanwood North Addition to East Property Line of Lot 4-R, Block 11, Ryanwood N6tth Addition, :known and designated as Project.NO. 029-023174, Unit 1. Ederville Road From East Property Line of Lot 17, Block 3, Hilltop Acres Addition to Sandy Lane, known and designated as Project No. 029-023174, Unit II. Ederville Road From East Property Line of Courtney Oaks Apartments Addition to Cooks Lane, known and designated as Project No.~929-023174, Unit III Ederville Road From Cooks Lane to ~aair Road, known and designated as Project N0. 029-023174, Unit IV-A. i ~~HEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passad by the City Council of the City .of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No. 8582 ~ a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true dwners thereof; and, 'vdHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort V~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial 3ustice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No. 8582 , and WHF.HF.A3, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NOb~, THEN~;FORE, BE IN ORDAINEI? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, THAT: I. The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract with reference thereto be, and it is hereby, found and declared fully completed and perfomned. Ii. { The Mayor, be, and he is hereby, directed to issue and execute in the name of the City, certificates in evidence of the special assessments levied against abutting property and the owner thereof for such improvements, and the City Secretary is directed to attest same and impress thereon the corporate seal of the City, all in accordance with the proceedings relating to such improvements and assessments. The certificates shall be numbered, shall describe the property against which the assessment has been levied, shall, where known, state the name or names of the true owners of the respective parcels of pro- perty assessed andshall be issued in an amount equal to the difference between the principal amount of the assessment and the amounts of any credit issued thereon. The numbers of the certificates, with the property descriptions to be shown on the respective certificates, together with the names of the owners of said property, the principal amount of the assessment, the respective credits, if any which are hereby authorized, granted and allowed against the principal amount of some one or more of the assessments heretofore levied, and the principal amount for which each certificate is to be issued after giving effect to such credit, if arty, are hereby enumerated and itemized as follows: Ira.
