HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 8789. ~ w. ~:-. , ~`, ORDINANCE NO. ~ ,I~~~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING THE TEN-FOOT (10') WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT WHOSE CENTERLINE LIES ALONG THE COMMON BOUNDARY LINE OF LOTS 9-R, 10-R AND 11, BLOCK 4-R, CHAPEL CREEK ADDITION; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the ten-foot (10') wide utility easement whose centerline lies along the common boundary line of Lots 9-R, 10-R and 11, Block 4-R, Chapel Creek Addition, and which extends from the south- west corner of said Lot 9-R and northwest corner of said Lot 11 in a northeastern direction 101 35 feet to Powder Court, a street, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extin- guished as a utility easement.
