6. M&C C-27945 - Authorize Execution of Change Order No. 5 to City Secretary
Contract No. 44255 with McMahon Contracting, LP, in the
Amount of $302,890.13 for the Construction of Old Denton Road

Thereby Increasing the Total Contract Amount to $7,106,838.10
