AN ORDINANCE VACATING,-ABANDONING, CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING THE 15 FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT IN LOT 10, BLOCK C, ASPEN WOODS ADDITION
PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
SECTION 1
That the 15 foot wide sanitary sewer easement in Lot 10,
Block C, Aspen Woods Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-123, Page
66, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, be and the same is vacated,
abandoned, permanently closed and extinguished as a sanitary sewer
easement
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated
sanitary sewer easment is hereby released and shall revert to the
adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
,aCTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so
ordained
