HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 8630-:, ORDINANCE NO. ~~y .~~ i .;, AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF CHAPIN SCHOOL ROAD, BE- TWEEN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 30 AND RICHLAND STREET, TO CHAPEL '~ CREEK BOULEVARD; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF SIMI- ` LAR ORDINANCES AFFECTING STREET NAMES; REPEALING ALL ORDI- NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: 1. That the name of Chapin School Road, from its intersection with Interstate Highway 30 southward to its intersection with Richland Street, be and the same is hereby changed to Chapel Creek Boulevard. 2. That this ordinance shall b e cumulative of all other ordinances affecting the names of streets in the City of Fort Worth, except in- sofar as it may be in conflict with the provisons of those ordi- nances, in which instance they are hereby expressly repealed. 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or- dained.
