WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and RPGA Design Group, Inc. (Architect) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 44633 (The Contract) which was administratively executed on the 16th day of July
2013; and
WHEREAS, the City executed Amendment No. 1 on March 4, 2014 by Council approval of M&C C-26703
in the amount of$363,260.00.
WHEREAS, the City administratively executed Amendment No. 2 on September 29, 2015 in the amount
of$48,500.00.
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary for additional design services to increase the scope of work
for design development, construction documents, and construction administration services, and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
SECTION I —SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, Paragraph 1.1, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide additional design services for survey and platting. The cost of the additional services is
$8,965.00, including up to $0.00 in reimbursable expenses for the new Victory Forest Recreation
Center. The scope of services is described more fully in the RPGA Design Group, Inc. letter
dated August 3, 2016, subject: Victory Forest Recreation Center— Road Realignment and Final
Platting which is attached hereto as Attachment"A" and made a part of this Agreement."
2.
SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, Paragraph 1 is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by the Architect as described
in CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of
$458,225.00 including up to $6,700.00 in reimbursable expenses."

All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

RE: Victory Forest Recreation Center--Road Realignment and Final Platting
Mr. Clements:
In order that we might reach a clear understanding, please accept this as our proposal regarding
Additional Services to realign the parking drive that leads from the south end of Jennings Street
west towards Hemphill Street and to provide services for the Final Platting required for this property.
Please note that the changes required for the drive have been requested by the Transportation and
Public Works (TPW) Department after being instructed at a Development Department meeting that
this drive would be treated as a parking drive, not a street. We submit the following for your
consideration and approval.
1) General: RPGA Design Group and its team of consultants will make the following changes to
the current Victory Forest Recreation Center plans:
1. The street profile will be redesigned to comply with TPW street guidelines. This will require
grade changes to the previously designed parking drive.
2. Provide separate plans and specifications submittal as required by TPW. The following
documentation is required:
a. Engineering Cover Sheet
b. General Notes
c. Street Plan and Profile
d. Street Standard Details
e. Separate Specifications(FW Standard)
f. The plan sheets will be 22"x34" sheets. The City will require one full size set and 4
half-size sets of plans.
Additional A/E Fees for the Road Realignment..............................................................$5,038.00
Additional A/E Fees for the Final Re-Plat of the Property...............................................$3,707.00
Additional Reimbursable Expenses...................................................................................$220.00
Total Additional Services Fees.......................................................................................$8,965.00
