HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 8543~' z ORDINANCE NO ~~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTIN- GUISHING THE 5 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINES OF LOTS A, B AND C, BLOCK 1, BOSWELL INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION PROVIDING FOR REVER- SION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT Y COUNCIL OF THE CIT Y OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the 5 foot wide utility easement"adjacent to the south property lines of lots A, B and C, Block 1, Boswell Industrial Park Addition as recorded in Volume 388-107, Page 16, D.R T C T , more particularly described as follows A portion of Lots A, B and C in Block 1 of Boswell Industrial Park, an Addition in the City of Fort Worth in Tarrant County, Texas as said Lots appear upon the map recorded in volume 388-107, page 16 of the Tarrant County Deed Records; and embracing the 5 feet utility easement along the south 1 ine of said Lots A, B and C and being 5 feet northerly and easterly of the line being descr ibed ;. Commencing at a 3/4" iron for the northwest corner of Lot A; and then run, south no degrees 15-1/2 minutes west, along the west 1 ine of said Lot A and the east line of right of way of Sandy Lane, 314-4/10 feet to the west terminus of the line being described; Thence south 89 degrees 44-1/2 minutes east, along the south line of said Lots A, B and C, a distance of 530 feet to a 3/4" iron for a reentrant corner of said Lot C; Thence along the westerly and southerly line of said Lot C south 26 degrees 16 minutes east 218-48/100 feet to a 3/4" iron; south no degrees 15-1/2 minutes west 150 feet to a 3/4" iron; east 33 feet to a 3/4" iron; north 79 degrees 12 minutes east 47-5/10 feet to a 3/4" iron for the southerly southeast corner of said Lot C, for the east terminus of the line being descr ibed be and the same is vacated, abandoned, a.nd permanently closed as a right-of-way for utility purposes -~,,,. __ ~, ~ SECTION 2.
