The sub- NI TRAT ~ I ect vacation request is made in order to replat the vacated'fight-of-way with adjacent property to expand the building area and provide more usable yard space Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objec- tions to this request, provided the vacated right-of-way is replatted with adjacent property, and the vacated right-of-way is retained as a drainage and utility easement for the existing drainage and utility facilities The Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends that the subject - -street-rigti~-of-way be vacated Recommendation It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the 3800 block of Ashland Avenue GG plg Attachment ` APPROVED BY CiTY_ COUNCIL.
