After review of the actual receipts in the Special Donations Fund, Staff has determined that a portion of the receipts from prior years have not yet been appropriated by the City Council. This Mayor and Council Communication is subject to the restriction that the total amount of all such appropriations will not exceed the actual amount received by the Special Donations Fund that are assigned to the Library Department.
