ORDINANCE NO d5"~S~'
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING THE 10 FOOT WIDE NORTH/SOUTH
UTILITY EASEMENT IN AND EXTENDING ON 5 FEET
EITHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN LOTS
2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, UNIVERSITY PLAZA ADDITION FROM
THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS 2 AND 3 TO THE
SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HOLTZER DRIVE, PROVIDING
FOR REVERSION OF' FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
SECTION 1
That the 10 foot wide northjsouth utility easement in
and extending on 5 feet either side of the property line between Lots
2 and 3, Block 1, University Flaza Addition from the north property
line of Lots 2 and 3 to the south right-of-way line of Holtzer Drive,
be and the same is vacated, abandoned, permanently closed and ex-
tinguished as a utility easement
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated
utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent
owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so
ordained
